Every client has their own chat with you. You open or close it and decide how many questions fit in a month, with a top-up when needed.
Assignments and workouts
Hand out assignments from the library or make your own. Put together workout plans and programmes, with your own exercises and videos.
Approve activities
When clients log an activity of their own instead of a workout, you approve or decline it, and reward it if you like.
