Get fit together. A little better every day.
DuoVitaal gives your day a healthy structure: a short workout, an assignment, your journal. Your buddies cheer you on while you train, and your coach sees when you could use a hand.
Free for athletes. In English and Dutch.

One list for today, a look at the week
Today shows what to do now and what's ready for the next seven days. Everything in one place, no searching.
Workouts at your level
Short workouts with a video for every exercise, matched to your level and your weekly goal. Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP and rounds for time, explained before you start.
A coach who keeps an eye out
Nudges, a private chat and assignments from your coach show up right between today's tasks.
Assignments and challenges
Daily challenges, weekly quests you do with a buddy and a monthly challenge with your group.
Journal and affirmation
Start the day with how you feel and pick an affirmation. At 16:00 it comes back, just when you need it.
Your buddies see you train and cheer you on
Start your workout and your buddies see you're live. With one tap they send a cheer that you see during your workout. Training together, even when you're not in the same place.
- A video and the name for every exercise, with a preview of what's next
- Tap "Done" to move on to the next exercise
- Your weekly goal and your streak keep up by themselves

Together you keep going
Start a group with friends, colleagues or your partner. Chat about today, see how the others are doing and plan your workouts on the same days.
- Group chats and a private chat with your coach
- See your buddies' training schedule and train together more often
- You decide what your buddies see of your progress

Small steps that stick
An assignment is something small for today or this week: ten minutes of stretching, drinking water, a walk. You log your progress with a note, and you see who else is working on it.
- Daily challenges and weekly quests with a buddy
- Assignments from your coach, with a question when you get stuck
- Habits, goals and measurements, with a chart of your progress

A moment to pause, morning and evening
A few questions to start and end your day: how do you feel, what was your good deed, what are you happy about. Every question is optional. On Sunday you look back on your week and plan the next one.

A month of doing something together
Join a monthly challenge with your group. Assignments, workouts and active days all count. Sticking with it wins, not being the fastest.

Start easy with the intro month
New here? You start with a four-week intro month. Today shows which day you're on and which workouts are ready this week.
A short introduction: your goal, your level and the days you want to train.
A few workouts at your level every week. You see day by day how far you've come.
After four weeks you see what you did and answer three questions. DuoVitaal adjusts your level to match.
Start the next programme, or do the intro month again if that feels better.
A bad day is part of it
DuoVitaal is made to help you keep going, not to punish you.
Missed a workout?
It doesn't quietly disappear: you can still do it the next day, and tell afterwards why it didn't work out.
Ill or on holiday
Turn on a pause. Your weekly goal, your streak and your reminders stand still meanwhile.
Your streak saved
One missed day a month doesn't cost you your streak. And when you come back, you start with a lighter workout.
Your own activities
An extra walk or a run? Log it as an extra activity; if you have a coach, they approve it.
Are you a coach?
Support your clients between sessions: see who needs attention and send a nudge at the right moment.
