Living healthier rarely happens in one go, and almost never alone. DuoVitaal helps you do a little every day, together with people who cheer you on.
DuoVitaal brings short workouts, small assignments and a journal together into one clear day. Buddies keep each other going, and a coach can keep an eye on things and adjust, between sessions too.
The name says it: it works better as two. With a buddy, a group of friends or a coach who knows what you need. ("Vitaal" is Dutch for vital.)
Who is behind it
DuoVitaal is an app by Arnout van der Vorst, based in the Netherlands. The app is built and maintained in the Netherlands. DuoVitaal's database, files and servers are in the European Union; the other services we use are listed in the privacy statement.
